amending Annex VI (social security) to the EEA Agreement

THE EEA JOINT COMMITTEE,

Having regard to the Agreement on the European Economic Area, as adjusted by the Protocol adjusting the Agreement on the European Economic Area, hereinafter referred to as "the Agreement", and in particular Article 98 thereof,

Whereas:

(1) Annex VI to the Agreement was amended by Decision No 65/2000 of the EEA Joint Committee of 2 August 2000(1).

(2) Decision No 174 of the Administrative Commission of the European Communities on Social Security for Migrant Workers of 20 April 1999 concerning the interpretation of Article 22a of Regulation (EEC) No 1408/71(2) is to be incorporated into the Agreement.
